Start The strategy of development

ofirmie1.jpgThe strategic objective of the Board of the Company is the further increase in sales and services rendered to the segment of small and medium companies. In the coming years 2008-2010 the Company undertakes and intends to undertake a series of activities aiming at reaching the projected strategic objective.


In the second quarter of 2008 the Company has started a process of the transformation of the legal form of a limited liability company into a joint-stock company.

The change of the legal form of the Company will open new opportunities for the implementation of another stage of the strategy. At the turn of 2008-2009 Altab plans to make a public issue of new shares and to start listing the Company on the NewConnect market. The Company by means of the public issue of shares intends to increase the share capital by about 20-25%. Most of the financial resources the Company intends to obtain from the market is estimated at 3.0-4.5 mln PLN.

 

 

The Company in the years 2008-2010 intends to develop in an intensive way the following activities:

  1. Training center in the scope of IT solutions for the sector of small and medium enterprises in the scope of implementation of an ERP system supporting the management of a company. This support can include all or a part of management levels and will facilitate the optimization of the utilization of resources and the ongoing processes in a company. An ERP system can include modules such as e.g. controlling module, sale management module or the management of projects run by a company.
  2. Outsourcing center for MSP (SMEs) – since 2009 the company intends to commence activities aiming at the intensive development of the IT outsourcing department which renders services in the scope of outsourcing servers, office applications, business applications and accounting services.
  3. The expansion of the software development department – this activity aims at entering the partnership channel of SAP as Software Partner and, by means of this company, at offering software not only directly to the final customer, but also through a network of SAP partners, in Poland and, prospectively, in the whole world.
  4. Separation of a new entity which would deal with the preparation of applications complementing ERP systems:
    • Project „Controlling for MSP” (SABIN)
    • Transport-shipping system NAVI
    • SAR system front Office for servicing the sales network
    • SADIF Global System eBiuro (eOffice)
