SAP offers SAP Business One E-Commerce and Web CRM which serve the two basic functions:
- SAP Business One E-Commerce: a complete Internet portal designed for companies which wish to sell via the Internet. E-Commerce allows to create a functional and fully configurable Internet-based store with an extended module of product display. The package allows to manage plenty of stores with a diametrically different range of products and a separate, fully modifiable layout. Full integration with SAP Business One allows to take advantage of the sales and service module in order to render professional service to Internet clients. E-Commerce may function as open for a retail customer (B2C - Business to Customer) or directed to registered business clients (B2B - Business to Business). The B2B architecture allows to fully monitor the status of orders, the condition of settlements and the registration of contacts with the client’s employees.
- SAP Business One Web CRM: the package is launched through a browser with a module equivalent of sales, CRM and service module implemented in SAP Business One. It is intended mainly for mobile employees, which have to have access to the system regardless of their location. The system allows to create a full record of offers, the schedule of activities, sales opportunities, sales orders and service requests. It allows to modify the existing basic data such as goods and commercial partners in SAP Business One. It works excellently in the function of a portal for managing and controlling the working time of mobile employees.
SAP Business One E-Commerce and Web CRM are designed to work both together and as separate modules.
The system contains a very advanced administrator module. It allows to utilize it also as a tool for managing a company portal (CMS – content management system).
SAP Business One E-Commerce and Web CRM are available from the version SAP Business One 2004 upwards.
