AltSHOP system is assigned for trading- production- and service companies with various activity profiles. This application supports sales in an advanced manner, through handling of stock records, extensive sales handling system, price list and discount system, and first and the foremost, current control of liabilities and outstandings. AltSHOP also provides complex company service in view of stock management and creating all types of documents connected with it. It allows for creating of versatile statements of revenues and expenditures. It facilitates e.g. production planning or stock complementation..

AltShop AltSHOP system was created as a result of work of programmers, who based on their long-term experience in the branch of business applications. Wszystko to zaprocentowało w strukturze wyglądu aplikacji. System ten jest bardzo przejrzysty oraz intuicyjny dla każdego z użytkowników, co zwiększa szybkość i wydajność pracy. Zoptymalizowanie modułu sprzedaży minimalizuje uciążliwe i pracochłonne operacje, co pozwala na zwiększenie pracy produktywnej.

 

Functionality

The extension of the functionality of our software allows to systematically collect documentation and information necessary for the head office of the company. Thanks to our IT technology you can eliminate redundant document circulation and in an easy way facilitate the functioning of the company’s chain of stores. The application in an advanced way allows to service warehouse accounting and the creation of any type of related documents, a comprehensive system of sales service, a system of price lists and discounts and, what is most important, the current control over receivables and amounts due.

AltShop also supports the whole cycle of the contact with a client and commercial information by an extended CRM module. By means of the CRM module you can complete all the essential information, administrative and legal documents about a client, which are able to build long-lasting profitable relations with clients. The managerial staff can on a current basis take advantage of optimized reporting tools, which will allow to process all the analytical data in the form of detailed reports.

 

Altshop possesses the following functions:

  • servicing of an infinite number of warehouses,
  • recording procedure of documents for all the warehouses separately and jointly,
  • commodity files – division into categories of products, differentiation of sale prices,
  • servicing of many work stations at the same time – e.g. cash register points of sale also via the Internet,
  • defining e.g. the users of the system and their systemic entitlements, 
  • the full control over the creation of the documents of inter-warehouse commodity shifts,
  • servicing of bar code scanners – the possibility of assignment of the code both to the assortment and the contracting party,
  • servicing of fiscal cash registers and printers – the generation of cash register reports separate and joint for all the cash registers, 
  • the settlement module allows full control over the customers in relation to their possibly being in arrears with the payments – the prevention from the generation of documents (the system allows to determine credit thresholds and a separate threshold for expired documents),
  • generation of various reports, specifications, 
  • records of clients and suppliers – contact details, the possibility of looking through the archive of all the documents related to a given contracting party, the possibility of creation of own groups and sub-groups of contracting parties divided for example into discount thresholds or other commercial data, 
  • servicing of promotional and advertising campaigns for defined groups of products in a specified period of time,
  • control over the production system – the module responsible for production, successfully implemented in many companies; it allows to control in a detailed way and to manage any given production system of a company focusing on the aspect of cost minimization and optimization,
  • compatibility with SAP system – free exchange of data between AltShop and SAP Business One system and many other financial/accounting systems,
  • and plenty of other advantages.

 

Numerous implementations

AltShop has won the recognition of customers, who have decided to implement it. It is also used in both medium and large companies. Currently the system is utilized by several dozen companies.
