It has become a norm to maximize profits by obtaining more and more contracts, which entails a decrease in the quality of service, sometimes a very substantial one.

This common tendency applies also to the IT sector where for some companies the only benchmark of success is the “biggest number of clients in Poland…” in the subsequent years. Altab does not yield to these fads and apart from the fact that we service the biggest number of SAP Business One clients in Poland, we do this at the highest level. We take care of maintaining the current high standard and the quality of our services, but we undertake more challenges in order to raise this very quality and to ensure even more comprehensiveness of our offer.
That is why we have undertaken the following activities which will allow the abovementioned:

The efficient implementation of the functioning system of Quality Management compliant with the norm ISO 9001:2001 and its constant improvement is aimed at making the organization of the company more efficient, improving customer service and providing consistent care and attention to the high quality of offered services. We strive for ensuring such efficiency of processes that the number of problems will be as low as possible. The users are more and more aware and started to demand a high quality of solutions. We know how to ensure such quality, we want to do it and that is why we concentrate on three main issues:

  • Repetitiveness
  • Ensuring a minimal number of problems
  • Rendering services of higher and higher quality

We want to be an organization which constantly learns; an organization in which our employees look for newer and newer possibilities of achieving desired effects, create new models of non-stereotypical thinking, develop themselves in team work and continuously learn. When implementing the system of product and competence training we raise the level of the performance of tasks which entails also the modification of the behaviour in reaction to new knowledge and experience. We increase the efficiency of our organization by larger individual productivity of our employees and by their more effective relations with clients and co-workers.
