Service center
Our SAP Business One Service Center is the first and so far the only such a solution, which functions in the Polish market. It is organized according to the principles of a standard helpdesk. The clients of our SAP Business One Service Center can easily communicate with us to obtain immediate assistance at the helpline phone number. The notifications are also received by electronic mail at the address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Every notification is registered and the notifier receives a confirmation. The performance of the center is controlled by the Quality Control unit. Its task is to evaluate the satisfaction of the Client with the rendered services. After the acceptance of the rendered services the settlement takes place. It is a very convenient solution for the Clients of our Service.

An instantaneous possibility to notify about a problem The working hours of the Service correspond to the standard working hours of most companies. According to the needs there is a possibility of the change in the hours of notifications which is regulated by an individual, separate agreement. Thanks to this arrangement our Clients can forget about inefficient attempts to contact a consultant who is just being implemented and cannot “on the spot” deal with the notified problem or he just does not answer the call.

Altab SAP Business One Service Center was established thanks to the cooperation with SAP Poland. We possess resources and competences, which allow us to effectively carry out approximately a couple of thousand service interventions per year.
Altab S.A. is the only SAP partner in the scope of SAP Business One which has the quality certificate ISO 9001:2008 in the scope of managing implementation projects and servicing.
